Any ideas what it means?
Whistler tells Michael he's a fisherman--splits his time between the Pacific Northwest and Panama. After an environmentalist chartered Whistler's boat and took water samples, the company becomes unhappy with Whistler--harrassing him at home (in the Seattle area?), etc. They've demanded he take them out to the exact spot where the water samples were taken. So he flees to Panama where his girlfriend awaits.
So far, I've got nothing.
I don't know why "The Company" would need Whistler alive. Nor do I have any ideas on the 9-digit number down the right side of one of the bird book's pages. Or what "STAMPEDE" means.
More to come as I track down additional details...

Alright, I have a thought regarding 'STAMPEDE'. I was thinking along the basic lines of each letter standing for a number; hence I deciphered it to: 19, 20, 1, 13, 16, 5, 4, 5. I think we can easily eliminate the possibility of it being a phone number, after all, why would Whistler write a phone number in code where he writes down notes about his trips? Immediately after disregarding my first idea, I came to another theory...one that isn't uncommon to Prison Break.
During the first two seasons, 'Bolshoi Boozes' remained a mystery to the viewers, well most anyway :) Now we all know Bolshoi Booze upside down was a list of numbers corresponding an actual location. This will sound simplistic, but hear me out. Bolshoi Booze contained 12 numbers; if you count each number that each letter of 'STAMPEDE' corresponds to, you have 12 different numbers.
I'm not to good at using Google Earth but can't you plug in coordinates into their satellite imagery feature? If so, we may have the coordinates to where Whister took his 'client' out to take water samples!!! Or the 'coordinates' may lead right smack dab in the middle of a country.
Meanwhile, on the note of Whister's 'client', I have a theory regarding him/her as well. Terrence Steadman's company was called 'Ecofield' which dealt with safe enviromental alternatives for fuel among other things. Might taking water samples involve Ecofield? Terrence Steadman? Or even Pad Man seeing that Terrence is dead?
Off to Google Earth!
Great idea, the letters-to-numbers thing with "STAMPEDE"...I hadn't considered that. I tried some Google Earth searching with the 614291925 number, but came up with nothing useful (no obvious connection to lat/lon coords either around Panama or the Pacific Northwest). "STAMPEDE" could be an anagram of some sort...e.g., "DEEP MAST" (sunken ship?) but I'm kind of grasping at straws...
Perhaps I need to watch the most recent episode (transferring to my Archos portable DVR as I speak) for more clues!
Keep up the great work.

+61 is the dialing code for Australia, if that helps (which I doubt). Mind you, Austalian phone numbers are longer than the left over 7 digits... so. Useless. Nevermind.
Taken from another message board:
The performance part 'Stampede 61429' is a side wind deflector... and on the other pages there is written: 4/09 2/22 and 4/23
Anyone else catch more of STAMPEDE in last night's episode? Looked like beneath it there was a schedule; possibly for transporting Whistler after the escape?
